Bio: Vince Bomberry:
Male sculptor, born Aug. 26, 1958 on the Six
Nations Reserve in Ontario, Canada. He is
a member of the Wolf Clan of the Cayuga Nation
of the Iroquois People. . His masks , carved
in imported Brazilian soapstone, are semi-abstract
adaptations of original masks of the Iroquois.
Bowls are a favourite subject and ancient
themes are given modern interpretations. His
works are in private galleries, homes and
offices in Ontario and in the Native American
Centre for the Living Arts in Niagara Falls,
New York, USA.
